Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Urban Vasco. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.

Note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Urban Vasco is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your shipment is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at support@urbanvasco.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
